Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 09/14/2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of heartlandgrillcleaning.com and the services provided by Heartland Grill Cleaning LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, requesting an appointment, or receiving service from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Area
We provide services exclusively within the State of Oklahoma. Our standard service area includes Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman, Nichols Hills, Yukon, Mustang, and surrounding communities. We may decline service or apply a travel charge for locations outside our standard service area.
2. Requesting Service and Scheduling
Submitting a form, booking through our online scheduler, calling, or texting us is a request for service. Your appointment is confirmed only once we confirm it directly with you. We will provide an estimated arrival window rather than an exact arrival time, since job length varies with the condition of each grill.
Because our work is performed outdoors, severe weather may require us to reschedule. If that happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available appointment at no penalty to you.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide about your equipment, including grill type, size, and condition. If we arrive and find that the actual condition, size, or accessibility of your equipment differs materially from what was described, we will explain the difference and provide an updated price before beginning work. You may approve the updated price or decline service at no charge.
Prices listed on this website are subject to change and are not an offer or guarantee of a specific price for your job.
4. Payment
We do not accept payment through this website. Payment is due in full upon completion of service and is collected in person by cash, check, credit cards, or debit cards. An applicable processing fee may be disclosed and added to eligible credit-card payments. We do not store your payment information.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Notice. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No access. If we arrive at the scheduled time and cannot access the equipment — for example, a locked gate, an unsecured animal, or no one available to provide access — we may require a rescheduled appointment.
6. Your Responsibilities as a Customer
To allow us to work safely and efficiently, please make sure that before your appointment:
We have clear, safe access to the grill or outdoor kitchen and to the driveway or parking area
The grill has not been used for several hours and is completely cool
The gas supply is turned off, or the propane tank is accessible for us to disconnect
Pets are secured and children are kept away from the work area
Personal items, food, and cookware have been removed from the grill and surrounding surfaces
An adult is available by phone if we have questions during service
7. Condition of Equipment and Pre-Existing Damage
Grills and outdoor kitchens experience normal wear over time. Heat, weather, grease, and age can cause rust, corrosion, pitting, discoloration, brittle gaskets, worn ignitors, deteriorated hoses, degraded finishes, and weakened components. These conditions are frequently hidden beneath built-up grease and carbon and become visible only after cleaning.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects, or for the failure of aged or deteriorated components discovered during or after cleaning. Where we notice a condition that concerns us, we will point it out to you. We reserve the right to decline service, or to stop work, on equipment we determine to be unsafe or too deteriorated to clean without risk of damage.
8. Results
We work to return your grill to the best condition it can reasonably reach. Some marks are permanent — deep pitting, heat discoloration, scratches, rust that has penetrated the metal, and certain stains cannot be removed by cleaning. We will always tell you what we can and cannot achieve.
If you are not satisfied with the work, contact us within 7 days and we will return to inspect and address the cleaning concern.
9. Photography and Media Release
By scheduling service, you grant Heartland Grill Cleaning permission to photograph and record video of the equipment and immediate work area we service for internal documentation purposes. We will ask your permission to use those images and recordings in our website, social media, advertising, and marketing materials, without compensation.
We photograph equipment, not people or property at large. We will not publish your name, street address, or identifying features of your home in connection with these images without your separate written permission. If you prefer that we not photograph your equipment, simply tell us before or during your appointment and we will honor that request.
10. Limitation of Liability
We carry liability insurance and take care with your property. That said, to the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law:
Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, lost profits, or costs of substitute services.
We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear, manufacturer defects, improper prior installation, or the age of your equipment.
11. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photographs, before-and-after images, logos, and design — is owned by Heartland Grill Cleaning or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish it without our written permission.
12. Website Accuracy

14. Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile number and consent to text messaging, our messaging practices, message frequency, and opt-out instructions are described in our Privacy Policy. You may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We ask that you contact us and allow 30 days for both parties to attempt to resolve a dispute before legal action is filed.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
